For Performance and Stability in the Windows Operating System I love 98lite and "Evidence Eliminator" (which from my Point of View is one of the best Registry-Cleaners and so a usefull tool for serious Peoples).

98lite is Freeware and abt. "Evidence Eliminator" think that it is really worth it’s price.
