CSMA/CD or how icom made the handshake :
if on the bus is not the transmitted info, this is caused by a colision.
so the last packet is cancelt by 'FC FC FC FC FC',
and resend later.
you can check this by software (like icom does) (4070 pin11-->max11(only) )
or by hardware (like the cirquit above).
